FESTIVAL OF COURAGE
SEPTEMBER 26th, 2pm onward
Our fourth annual Fall Festival of Courage. Come on down and breathe the fresh country air, stroll the fields and wooded pathways, hear the sounds of fall setting in and connect with others! This year’s festival has these elements:
-potluck feast and drinks
-pumpkin hunt for kids in our willow tunnels
-crafting with willows and more kids crafting
-interactive performances that make us think and connect
-tractor rides
-bonfire with the burning of our fears
Interested in camping out?
If you don’t want to drive back late and don’t mind/love camping, we will have spaces to set up tents and will provide an outdoor bathroom nearby and breakfast/coffee/tea the next morning. Just select that option when you get your festival ticket/rsvp so we know what to plan for.

Family Camp
Full Moon Family Camp (past)
Join us for a unique family experience! You're invited to spend time on our farm, with opportunities for hands-on work, space to explore and commune with the natural world, share nourishing farm-fresh meals, and build connection and community with other families.
Our Family Camp is intended for anyone interested in communing with people and nature, in a space made to facilitate connection, playfulness, rest, and exploration.
When:
August 29th-30th
-arrive late morning on Saturday and pack up mid-afternoon on Sunday
Where:
Earthlore Farm 358 Bower Rd. Beaverville, IL 60912
Accommodations:
Bring your own tent and camping gear (we do have extra big tents, please inquire if that helps make it possible for you). There will be a porta potty and handwashing station and our house and pack shed for cooking facilities.
Food Provisions:
Saturday lunch BYO/Potluck (pack a dish, feel free to coordinate with other families if desired)
Farm-fresh Saturday dinner provided (we will accommodate as many dietary needs as possible. Please specify yours at sign-up). Fireside s’mores provided!
Sunday breakfast, coffee, and tea provided.
Sunday lunch provided
We will have a selection of sparkling waters and some other drinks at Saturday dinner, but bring your own beer/wine/other

Nature-based craft
Help on building project or farmwork (as desired!)
hammock naps
Bonfire and stargazing
Cost: $120/family (includes all meals that are provided, camping, activities).
We are working to keep this event affordable/accessible as well as sustainable for us to run it. Let us know if cost is a barrier and anyone is also welcome to make any additional donation in support of helping us cover the cost of our farm offerings.

YOUNG FARMER SLEEPAWAY CAMP
An unforegettable summer experience for your children !
Join us for another summer of Earthlore Farm’s unique and enriching Farm Camps! This year we are offering kids Sleep-Away Camp and two sessions of Family Camp, one in the summer and one in fall.
At this camp your children will have the unique experience to spend time on a working farm, connect and collaborate with other kids and adults, and engage in real work and play all in the care of experienced Waldorf teachers and farmers. They will fall asleep under the star-filled sky, healthfully exhausted and well fed to the sounds of the crickets, frogs, and tree-rustling wind-song.. We are excited to offer this rich mixed-age program that brings summer’s gifts and adventures into full bloom for your child.
Activities will include:
building project where they will get to use real tools with adult guidance
artistic work
collaborative and creative games
farm work
cooking with produce from the farm
shared mealtimes
scavenger hunt
a visit to the bison herd at the nearby conservation land
kayaking and water fun at the conservation lake
bonfires with music, stories, star-gazing (and s'mores)
down time/rest
and play!
